Returns

At The Rocky Mountain Traders we strive to exceed your expectations. All items are returnable within thirty (30) days of receipt if not completely satisfied. Please return items in their original packaging along with a copy of the invoice and a return authorization number. To receive an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, e-mail us at customer_service@therockymountaintraders.com -- please provide your Name and reason for return. Any unauthorized returns, special orders, or merchandise altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted.  Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt if any items are damaged or missing from your order. The Rocky Mountain Traders will provide the return address when your e-mail is received.
